An alternate & parallel team to government emergency services dedicated solely to emergencies of the transgender community for the Federal Capital Territory. Due to mistrust of government services due to well established fears and concerns, the transgender community does not reach out to emergency services even in life or death situations. The team consists of onground members who respond to any and all emergencies ranging from assaults and home invasions to attempted murders. The team has a response time of 15 minutes, and provides full services such as immediate evacuation to medical services, dispute resolution, registration of police reports, legal support in police stations and courts, advocacy, and temporary relocation to Transgender Shelter Home due to imminent danger.
